And the dealer will present the customer with a laundry list of repairs that needs to be done immediately.

My sister brought her Pontiac G6 to a Buick dealer for their oil change coupon special and subsequently presented her with a list of about $1800 of safety repairs including new brakes and rotors on a car with 30K miles at the time.

Caveat emptor. And if you really want a Saab t-shirt, they have lots of them on Amazon.
