One of the members has reported that Gravatars (Avatar icon) are not showing up for him. Is anyone else having this problem? I see mine and his fine in Safari, Firefox, and on my iPhone and, if it's not configured, the generic Gravatar images is showing up without delay, but I can't be sure if that's just because a member hasn't configured a Gravatar for themselves.

Can you see my Gravatar? Are there any members who have configured their Gravatar and it is not showing up. Is anyone getting a delay for a Gravatar or generic Gravatar icon to show up?

Gravatars are easy to set up and they are based on your "Public" email address in your member profile. If your "Public" email address matches the email address you configured on the Gravatar site http://en.gravatar.com/ then your uploaded image on the Gravatar site will show up in your postings here.

Also, I found an article on the Gravatar blog explaining how you can manage multiple identities with different photos linked to different emails or the same photos linked to all emails (see link below). Really, it's a very simple system to use if you want a custom avatar icon here on Saabnet.com.
