Well, this thread got me thinking about buying the Fiskars StaySharp Max again. I almost bought one a couple years ago when my Neuton CE5 batteries stopped holding a charge. The batteries were on sale so I kept using the Neuton. Well now the handle on the Neuton broke last fall and have been using duct tape to keep it together. No parts are available to fix the handle so it's end of life at 10 years.
Looking forward to trying this out on my double Chicago lot (50' x 125'). The poplar in the back yard drops lots of sticks so I'll have to spend a little more time picking them up.
