No, NEVS has lost the right to use the Saab trademark so those cars will not be Saabs. Saab has other thriving businesses and I don't think they want to have the Saab name dragged through another bankruptcy or re-organization again... They've had enough. It's also just my own opinion that once NEVS gets the cheap labor factories producing in China, they will really have no need to produce cars where the labor is so much more expensive although they may provide other services there.
