It looks like they are using the same basic template for different car brands. Look at "jeepautoparts.com" or "fordautoparts.com" and the site is very similar. So it looks like an outfit that is posing as a specialist for various brands.
A "whois" lookup on saabautoparts.com comes up with the following:
Domain Name: SAABAUTOPARTS.COM
Registrar: WILD WEST DOMAINS, LLC
Sponsoring Registrar IANA ID: 440
Whois Server: whois.wildwestdomains.com
Referral URL: http://www.wildwestdomains.com
Name Server: NS1.OEMPARTS.NET
Name Server: NS2.OEMPARTS.NET
Updated Date: 06-apr-2016
Creation Date: 05-apr-2001
Expiration Date: 05-apr-2017
Registrant Name: C. Scott Williams
Registrant Organization: PartsFirm.com
Registrant Street: 1802 A St SE #120
Registrant City: Auburn
Registrant State/Province: Washington
Registrant Postal Code: 98002
Registrant Country: US
Registrant Phone: +1.2536538946
Running the same query on fordautoparts.com returns basically the same information except the Registrant info is protected by a privacy firm.
I've never heard of them but it does look like these guys have been in business for a while since the saab domain was created in 2001, ford domain in 2000. (They probably have web sites for most major car brands.)
