30 staring at xrays here.
I agree w/ the comments.
but Hiway speed?
Oh you can't get hurt in a 50mph hit?
Really?
If you fell off the roof of your garage, you'd hit the ground way before you exceeded 10mph, is one of my favorite comments to insurance folks.
Also worked pro football and these guys didn't really get hurt either.
Some stuff doesn't cause trouble until it starts to heal and then scar tissue is forever. Future medical bills is one of my favorites.
Not to cause trouble or scare you but get it checked out. PT, massage or whatever helps her feel better.
You ever been slapped on the back by a friend when you didn't see it coming?
as far as no volvo damage? They are designed to crumple so you may see kinks 6 feet ahead of the back bumper.
You can only imagine the stories I've heard over 30 years.
I'd go for a free consult with an attny if your state allows that.
Insurance companies are the best at not paying.
Best of luck and healthy healing.
