Orio announced their "Parts for Life" program at the 2017 SOC in Pomona. The parts have to be sourced from an authorized Orio distributor. Their site <http://www.partsforlife.com/en/about/> states that the parts also have to be installed at an "authorized Service Center" and that the owner then needs to affirmatively activate the installed part(s) warranty with Orio.

However, some vendors will honor the warranty for sales made to DIYers as a business decision. For example, eEuroparts does a pretty good job of explaining how they *extended* Orio's program to allow DIY installations.
