It looks to me closer to 9-3 size. Especially carrying capacity looks a little small. I've talked to a couple owners and looked in one but have not driven one. Lots of good qualities to these cars. Of course more manufacturers will soon have competing products so they will need to sell a lot now to get a solid grasp on the market. Eg Volvo intends to have all models electrified by 2019 iirc.
Ford F series is a massive seller, so nobody would expect Tesla to approach that, but 24000 is not bad. Will be interesting to see how this lasts for them. The charging network might be a big feature for some buyers and create loyalty?
