The ads that black out the whole screen are way over the top of what is tolerable. The advantage of saabnet over other forums was always a cleaner page look with few ads. It does not have this advantage anymore. I do not see a lot of reasons of staying here if the ads continue.

Remember AltaVista? The reasons they died is that the owners tried to monetize the business to aggressively. When Google came out with no ads and faster searches it only took about a year for most users to leave.
