The capacitor lead type is radial, meaning two leads from the bottom of the can. So that matches. But in the eBay listing it does not show the farad capacity. Your Mouser choice shows 25 F, so I'm assuming you're searching based on that. You want to get as close to the original capacitance because the circuit may be judging capacitance for indication when it is bad.
You absolutely must ensure you find a capacitor AT LEAST with the same rating for voltage DC. You can go higher than the original VDC rating, but higher increases cost.
