I stumbled across this site in late 2018, when I was looking for rear springs for our 9-3 SC. I quickly determined that they had good pricing on everything I was looking for, and were connected to the old Saab/Volvo dealership (now only Volvo) the next town over from me in Simmsbury. I thought this is great, Saab OEM parts at good prices, I can pick them up in person so no shipping charge, and a shorter drive than Eeuro (I am spoiled in central CT). Come to find out most items the website let me order were out of stock or no longer available. They emailed me the next day to inform me of such and suggested I call prior to ordering to check availability next time. ???? They are definitely amateurs at the mail order business. I went right back to Eeuro and gave myself a dope slap for thinking another parts supplier could be better.

Regardless, the dealer still services Saab, my wife had them do the airbag recall this past December and they did a fine job. The parts website seems like a half assed attempt to pick up some parts business.
