There's a specific Lexus SUV I'm interested in, it's the colors/year/options I've been looking for, the price is fair, not a steal but fair. Seller has 600 feedback 100% positive. It's 500 miles away (Philly), I'm in NE Indiana.

Ebay offers an inspection service but the number of things they don't inspect (like frame rust) is as long as your arm. Basically for $100 they confirm the car exists. Does anyone know of any other services like their inspection service but will actually look under the car? I don't need a dealer pre-purchase inspection but just some sentient being that will start it, look at it, smell it inside etc.
