This is why some partisan hacks criticize the amount of testing even though testing has severe limitations.
Testing is great for public health epidemiologists and statisticians but if you want to be safe, act like you are a asymptomatic carrier. For the average person, stay safe. For the economy, maybe a few dead people are ok. But for you as an individual, it's better if that dead person is someone else.
This is not to say that testing has no role. It has a role. There has to be lots of testing. Testing is expensive. Even in Sweden, you cannot be tested just because you want it. Green activist, Greta Thunberg was sick but could not get a test due to lack of sufficient government criteria.
Be safe. Be careful. Wear a mask as part of your precautions but don't let that be your only precaution.
