It's the 6.0 liter LS2 engine from the Corvette. I figured if I was going to buy a GM/Saab hybrid I ought to get the Aero. I drove four hours one way to buy it. It will definitely get out of its own way. It has a nice satisfying rumble, nothing obnoxious, like an old school Detroit V8. Not as satisfyingly weird as one of my old classic 900s but it feels good to know I can get parts pretty much anywhere. Except for things like this badge.
