Hello,
I live in northern of suburbs of Pittsburgh. Depending were you are I may able to spend an hour or two looking it over with you to see if what I think it would take. Just email me a above. I am a mechanic that works on alot of Saabs and I own a few too. Also at work we recommission several cars a year. They are usually not Saabs but I am pretty familiar what systems give out after 20 years of sitting. Good Luck, Bernie
