Funny you should ask this question.
I just purchased a 2010 9-3 convertible with 55k miles from a dealer in Homestead FL and had it shipped to Las Vegas back in November. The dealer went through a broker to have it shipped and it cost me $750, which I had to pay the driver in cash on Delivery. I was doing searches and was getting quotes around $900-$1300 for uncovered transport.
I had no issues paying in cash as the driver probably had an empty slot on his truck. He didn't speak much English but the car arrived in good shape. I am sure most dealers have arranged shipping for customers.
Good luck. I had to say goodbye to a 2007 9-3 which I bought new from International Motors in Falls Church, VA which needed a new engine after 188000 miles.
