I agree that Todd Morin was a great guy. My company was hired by Todd back in the 90's to update the website for improving their online e-commerce software. We were the first company to improve their online ordering, and being a Saab enthusiast also (since 1990), I was very supportive of eeuroparts.com ordering and shipping system. (having moved away from Miva merchant). This was the early days of ecommerce.

I visited him at his base of operations, in the warehouse he was running his business. I learned alot about the european car parts business, and I really appreciated Todd. The new owners changed the online system of what I and my team designed, and today esaabparts.com now has copied and improved our original design, to which I am now a customer.

Todd, and europarts had worked to create a close relationship with Saab owners, as well as other european brands. Todd has always sold through ebay, and we talked many times of the "lost leaders" where he would sell some things at his cost to create awareness, and customer loyalty.

Just my 2 sense in this discussion, having Todd as my customer, and me as his customer as well. I was sad to see that Todd had passed...

Great memories.
