No comparison. Jetta is a nice car at first but doesn't last as well at all. The Saab is much heavier feeling, safer, faster, smoother. I think that even though it is quirky in ways, it is a better quality car. THe other thing is that the Jetta dealers barely move on price, and you can get a steal on a Saab. After having owned 3 VW's and now the saab, I would never go back. To me the Jetta is like a kids car, the saab a grown ups car Good luck. You should check the following site for tons of VW info..
