The turbo boost reserves at lower altitiudes is what T7 uses for "overboost". Normally at lower altitudes the Aero and Viggen use about 16 psi of boost to meet the specified power rating. Overboost uses the full 20 psi of boost for short periods of time (about 20 seconds) while you're in 3rd through 5th gears. The overboost then cuts out and lets the components cool off. Once normal temperatures have returned, the overboost is available again.
