Two weeks ago I ordered a centre armrest for my new 2001 93. I asked and paid for the express shipping (about $30.00 extra) . Still till this date the armrest has not arrived. I used my credit card and I know the order was paid for as I checked with VISA. I live in Toronto so I had the order sent to my sister's house in Buffalo (about and hours drive from my home) as Saab Catalogue does not ship into Canada. The problem I have is the 1-800 phone number Saab Catalogue gives out does not work from Canada. I have emailed Saab but have yet to receive a response. Does anyone know of a direct (non 1-800) number which I could call Saab Catalogue. Of course I will have to pay the long distance charges but I would rather that than just sit here and stew!!!
