I've stayed away from their service department because their sales department was the worst. They lied to me on the phone about what they had in stock and what I'd be able to test-drive if I came to their shop. They also quoted me prices that they later would not even talk about when I asked them to draw up the papers.
I figure if that is how they run the sales-side, the service side can't be much better.
But, that's just my experience and opinion.

I've been very happy with Greenwich Saab, as have been a few other Saaby friends of mine. They are about 15 min away from Briarcliff and have loaners if need be.
