They appear to be in the car "churning" business and if you're an adept negotiator, know the costs and want to pay less, go to Saab Nashua. The owner is said to be a skilled buyer at auctions and moving a lot of units through his lot is his thing. Be forwarned, you won't find the typical Saab amenities here - it's a no frills dealership. Neil Prendergast is a good salesman - a nice guy to deal with. The service department is another story. Soon after I bought the car, they charged me over $39.00 to replace a burned out bulb in the SID display. After providing some constructive feedback, (I was ripped and let them know it) the owner sent me a full refund agreeing that the charge was embarrassingly high. While I appreciated that gesture, I haven't been back since. I go to Blake Saab in Exeter but Tracy Banks in Concord is probably just as good. She's worked hard to uphold a long standing family tradition of honest sales and service in the industry and after many years of selling Chevys and Geos, she's moved up to Saab and is well positioned to be successful with her own dealership. I hope so.
