I got a key ($40) for my 9-5. The key worked the ignition, but would not start the car since the key was not married to the car.
I am not really worried about getting my 9-5 stolen since Saab has such a small market share. Replacement parts are not in demand. Now if it was a 2000 Accord I would worry.
Drive Safe,
Joe
