Those 2 companies were suppose to release their products back in April I beleive but each had a few glitches to work out. Also, many car audio companies (Alpine/Pioneer etc) misled their customers by stating their decks are XM-satelite or Saris radio ready. As it turns out, the radios that state XM/saris ready simply have a auxilarry input to accept a receiver like what sony offers in the $300 price range. This receiver requires a different antena which come in many forms & then you are off!
I purchased a eclipse deck which has a aux input because I p[lan on going with 1 ofr the sat systems. Which one I haven't decided yet :o) I ;isten to 1 of the 40+ music channels on my home satelite & having that in the car would & will be great!! No need to car around CD's or add a CD changer to the car & there is a very wide variety of channels!
& Scott P, when has saab ever had a good OEM stereo? NEVER :o(
Hell Subaru get Mcentosh or is it Mark Levinston, I forget which
