I have a '96 9000 CS with an automatic - same colors as the one you're looking at, but only 45,000 miles. I bought it summer of '98 when it had 19,000 miles. I really like the car - the low pressure turbo gives it just enough pep to be fun to drive (my previous car was a '91 9000 automatic without the turbo, and it was too slow). Put the back seat down and you can carry almost anything. The car is very roomy inside - by comparison the '98 900 will seem cramped inside. I also like the fact that the "cubbys" in the dash are big enough to put my sunglasses in, and other things, unlike the tiny cubbys in the 900/9-3 and the 9-5. I think the car handles much better than a 900/9-3, and it's one of the safest cars on the road, per both European and American safety crash tests. Drive both of them and you'll see a big difference between the two. Even with an automatic, I think the 9000 gives you more for your money. My $0.02.
