Thanks guys. She's not so committed as to want to drive to Lincoln whenever she needs service. And yes, I have frequently known much more about the cars then the salesmen too. That's a good idea to talk directly to the Saab Tech in the shop. This place is generally known for really awful service (three to four days for simple work, no loaner cars, extremely high prices, bills for unnecessary work, etc).
More generally, I wonder why Saab lets bad dealerships perisist like this....clearly costing them a sure sale in my Mom's case. If it weren't for them she'd already be driving the Saab.
