and having been a former Division 1 athlete in two sports, and at age 35 still very physically active, with my workout schedule and being in tune with my body, i would have noticed it by now. Truth be told it felt BETTER, I had been fighting a kink in my neck from sleeping in the wrong position :)
Kind of hard to get whiplash as well when your headrest is fully extended and your head doesn't 'whip'. If i thought there was the slightest possiblity of injury to myself or passenger, I wouldn't sign the waiver, but we are both very strong healthy individuals who would have known by now if something was amiss.
Just out of curiousity, what kind of time frame are you talking about? Methinks that in lawsuit crazy America, the injuries start to show up about the time people figure out they can get 'free money'.
