Does anyone else think the SAAB website is awful?

I just tried to submit a criticism to SAAB regarding their website. The last time I tried (6 months ago) the submittal form was broken and I got a javascript error. This time the same thing happened. Here are my complaints:
1. The site appears to use the XML standard to display pages. I have a Macintosh OS 9/X and use IE 5.0 most of the time. It doesn't display properly: text is clipped or won't scroll, links don't work, images aren't rendered properly. This has happened on a PC at work also using IE 5.5. The site designers should not be using a fledgling standard that may only work with IE 6.0 . Mozilla can't display the site at all! all that comes up is a blank white page. Even though the Mac is a minority on the web they have no excuse for not designing for both platforms.
2. The Accessories (catalog) page link is broken and is simply not working. The Contact SAAB link has not worked for six months. This is inexcusable for a commercial web site.
3. The site is infrequently updated. While the overall design is clean, the BMW and Audi websites outclass the SAAB site in every way.
Since I have no way of contacting SAAB through the website I hope the designers are reading this.
