I have had very good luck with Hyannis Saab on Cape Cod. I know its out of the way, but their sales team does not work on commission - they are friendly and liberally discount. Its still a small store with only two salespersons and a manager. The mechanics, especially Ian French is great to deal with. When I pull in for parts, Ian comes out to see what's new on my Saab. We recently installed the performance exhaust system from Remus and I dropped in without an appointment. I can't say enough about these guys. I know also that Charles River Saab is well respected and have colleagues who shop there. Don't expect much of a discount. I work in Boston and live on Cape Cod - so I have many options. Stay away from 128 Saab - they are poison.
Good Luck and happy motoring!
