That's funny to see cop getting themselves into these kinds of things. I hope the kids smart and brave enough to file suit againt these idiots. I wil straight out tell you that I don't like cops period, and even I had a brother that did this job for maybe 2 yrs. The problem with cops is that like most everyone here has already said is this, they police you and nobody polices them. Sometimes cops would rather just abuse you and forget about your crime it they think you did something small enough to warrant this. I remember a good friend of mine who's wife worked at for Sheriff's Derpatment. This guy drove alot more crazy than I do and for the three years she worke dthere guess what, he never got a ticket when pulled over caus ehtey knew who he was. Unlike the rest of us who are always somehow getting more than our fair share of tickets. Do you think cops give other cops tickets while they're caught speediing while off duty? I don't think so? I'm over thirty and to this day I still don't see why we need as many of them on the road/force as this country has. Maybe it's to keep me from having anyfun with my tuned up SAAB? That must be it huh? This kid was just that "A KID" and there's no excuse for these police officers to have treated him the way they supposidly did. And I agre that there NO WAY this 16yr old could have been a threat to what was it, 5 cops....give me a break.
