Noise in my stereo still!

Ok, lets revisit the issue i was having last week... I just recently installed an Alpine 4 channel amp for my stereo. I also have a kenwood amp for my subwoofer. My head unit is a Blaupunkt Casablanca CD50. My stereo was basically the same before the alpine, except that i had a 2 channel sony unit instead. I just had 2 sets of speakers connected to the headunit, and now i only have one set on there.
Anyway... I have all of my amps running to the same ground point, including my head unit. They're all grounded in the rear at the taillight ground under the floor.
The problem is definitely linked to the radiator fan. If i turn on the A/C i dont get any noise, but if the car gets hot, whatever trips the fan, also trips stereo noise. If i turn off the stereo as soon as the fan turns on and the noise starts and then turn the stereo back on, the noise will be gone. The problem is caused by whatever trips the fan, not the actual fan.
What could cause this problem? It goes away as soon as i turn off the stereo and turn it back on again... but it's annoying when it's hot outside and the fan turns off and on more often.
Any help would be appreciated! :)
