you can run your car on unleaded gas, but it will not perform to its full potential. You'll probably want to use synthetic oil to make up for some of the difference. Cars set up for unleaded cannot run leaded fuel, mainly because of the catylitic converter (it would melt).
You can purchase CAM2 (110 octane) gas from some areas. Check out your local drag strips for suppliers. You could try fuel additives, like Prestone 0-60 Booster, or any of the many other varieties out there. Some work better than others.
