If they fixed the problem, then confront the service manager about the discrepancy in "two hours driving" vs. 4 miles driven, and definitely bring up the trust issue. I wouldn't bail on them just for that, though, unless it's a pattern.
It's inconceivable that they would pay a trained mechanic to drive your car around for two hours. Think about it, would you pay the guy ~$120 just to drive your car? There are other ways to identify the problem, and could likely fix it with only 4 miles driven. I have no clue why they'd tell you they drove it for two hours, but if they fixed the problem and do good work, give 'em another shot. It may have been a male-bias thing, but it also may just have been a slip-up of some sort. If it happens again, then give them the boot, and be sure to tell the service manager and the dealership owner the reason why you're taking your business elsewhere.
Holding on to your car for 10 days sounds really extreme though. I hope you got a new loaner for the whole time.
