I live in a little boarder town in WA, in the past I've brought things across the boarder when no one would ship them, or just had an address that other people could use and then they could come pickup.
I usually do this with computer parts for online friends living in the Vancouver area. I see no reason that this couldn't be carried over to some car parts, (as long as there are no trannys/shortblocks/front clips being delivered :O) Anyway, if anyone in CA needs the hookup for something, just email me and we can talk about it.
Also I don't do this to make money, I'm just a nice guy.
And for you Sean, if your IP is who you are, and there is no tricky VPN, WAN stuff putting you somewhere else, ON is a bit far to be bringing things, but if it's not too large, I could have it delivered to my house, and then reship it to you in the other side of the boarder. Anyway, email me if interested.
