The water-cooled panels just produce heat. Those are popular home-made ones, cause they're pretty easy to make. A box with tubing, painted black, with a glass window on top.
But the photovoltaics ought to get warm enough, too. Hmmm... I wonder if somebody makes hybrid panels? It might be that the photovoltaics work better if you don't let them get too hot. Otherwise, Scott could attach some tubing to the underside, cover it up & insulate underneath so it gets hot...
