I have been a long time consumer of Griot's products. Some are overpriced - I agree. But in general, most are fair. For example, in my mew garage I needed three of the oversised garage mats (9x22'). They are made by Better Life Technologies. So I go the website for BLT - they list a variety of providers, including Griot's. Some such as Northern Tool, Sam's Club and Tool Haus give a lower price - others are higher. Call the lower price providers up - Sam's wants an "initiation" fee of $35, Northern tool does not stock the large size - 6 week backorder - Tool Hauz says the website is a misprint and that they only carry the smaller size. Call Griot's all colors (six) in-stock - ordered three in brick color - all arrived in one week (and the price was within 15% of the other phantom lisitngs).
IMHO - the leather products from Griot's are superior to the Connoly/Armor-All/etc. that I have tried - at least in the Saab.
After usu=ing the Griot's Best of Show Wax (liquid and paste) - I let my saturday morning car wash/oil change crowd have the Zymol.
The Griot's Boar's hair car wash brush has lasted TEN years - even when the nutbags let the brush freeze in the bucket!
.... but I did get my Rhino ramps from Auto Zone (21.99)
Cheers to choices
Eric
