Mechanics Gloves?

After working on my car all weekend I still cant get all the dirt off of my hands. I was wondering if any one knew where to pick up a nice set of mechanics gloves. In the past I have used disposable latex gloves but they rip to easily. This past weekend I used dishwahing gloves but they lacked a fine touch. Does anyone have any ideas?
