They're BFGs, but Michelin now owns/makes 'em, so this may be comparable. I usually run mine between 40-42 psi & I get no funky wear patterns at all. Mine are used as "non-summer" tires/wheels (meaning they see use from Sept/Oct thru April/May), & this is the 3rd time I've mounted 'em up. I've noticed most people experiencing tire problems tend to run too low air pressures (not always, just usually), & my own experience has shown me to use higher pressures than the "recommended minimums" listed in the Saab manual.
So, I'd say yes, go up to 35 psi at least. Hope this helps.
