I always watch when my tires are being rotated and today was a fine example of why. I'm on the other side of my car and I hear this big crash from the other side and I run over to see one of my almost new Ronal RT rims sitting on top of the lug bolts on the ground. The guy picks it up and I see some bad scrapes from the lug bolts smashing on the rim. The center cap has a mark on it now also. They said they could send it out for repainting and a new center cap but I opted for a $100.00 credit on my account. I guess I made some money off the new rims and the scratches are not so bad. I didn't know that the tire shop would be more danger to the rims than curb rash from parking. Also don't let anyone put your car in rev so they can't damage your tranny.

Keep your eyes open.
