The tires are directional and certainly noisier than the wimpy michelins. But they are hard wearing, have great wet and cornering grip and I've been super happy with them in conjunction with the Koni's and the B&G springs that I have on. The car really sticks like glue. A VRK would transform this car with these mods. Hence the thought of keeping it. At 28800 km I have 1/2 thread left. Bear in mind that I have snow tires on 4-5 months a year, so in reality the g-Forces have perhaps 20000 km on them.
