OT-CD Changer in non Saab

Has anyone had any experience with a trunk mounted CD changer that plays through an FM station on the current radio?
I need to install a CD player of some sorts in my Jeep and I don't want to screw up the dashboard with some aftermarket CD player.
They seem to be pretty resonably priced.
Any comments on them?
