Upgraded replacement parts after an accident

Yesterday I smacked both sides of my 9^3 of the curbs on an on ramp. At a bare minimum, I'm going to need 4 wheels, 4 tires and a front bumper. I'm assuming I'm going to need some suspension and/or frame work since I hit the right-front wheel so hard that I cracked the wheel.
My question is--is what others are suggesting legal/ethical: Instead of getting the same wheels put back on, can I ask for more expensive, Saab-branded wheels and pay the difference? I'd like to do the same for the tires as well.
Something else just occured to me. Do I have the right to get everything replaced in pairs and fours? For instance, say I cracked a spring or a strut, etc., they can't replace just the one that's broken, can they? I think that would be a safety issue. Same goes for tires.
Thanks,
Nathan
