Saab has no incentive to give you any breaks on certified used car financing. They're in the new car business. That's why incentives are used to sell new cars -- to lower the price gap between new and used.
This kills the used car market, so there are bargains out there and maybe you've found one. But even if you have, think about the extra interest rate you'll pay to finance used over new. Also, don't expect the gap between capital cost and very used residual to be much different than that of a new car lease of the same length.
So, if the principal to be amortized is the same, the interest rate is higher and the initial capital cost is lower, I wouldn't expect a leased used car to be much cheaper than a new car lease.
This doesn't take into account the prepaid maitenance thrown in on new cars. What about gap insurance on the used car lease?
My advice -- Don't do it.
