the infamous gun debate last summer :-)
I think navigation is coming for both 9-3SS and 9-5 next model year.
I was thinking more along the lines of a used 9-5 with a V6 engine. A
brand new 9-5 Arc is a little out of her price range.
The satellite navigation is a feature mother mentioned in passing,
and I'm trying to coax her into a super-reliable I4 Accord or I4
Camry by offering to foot the bill for a navigation system so that
the new car does not feel like a step down for her.
If she gets a nice 2000 or 2001 9-5 V6, it would have more of everything
than her current sludge-monster. So, I don't need to worry about
sweetening the deal for her in that case :-)
I would trust a 9-5 V6 to ferry my mother around more so than a 9-3SS.
She's very old fashioned. Her initial reaction to my suggestion to
buying her a car with an I4 engine was negative. :-)
thanks
Jae
