Yes, those were the days. As I recall, most of those memories are in black and white (certainly the Stooges).

And can we forget Soupy Sales? Teaching Pookie the alphabet and Pookie mistakes the letter F for the letter K; Soupy then asks the question "How come everytime I see F you see K?" , several times. We didn't get it then, but my parents went nuts and banned the program. Waay ahead of his time..........and still around doing radio and club routines occasionally.

(For those young enough to think Clinton deserved an Oscar for his eight years, SAAB's two stokes were fairly new when these programs were on.)
