My wife took her '97 900 S to the Kitchener dealer for the 4 years she worked as a lawyer for the City of Kitchener. I also bought her car there. She found them competent and pleasant to work with too. Its been a Saab dealer for a long time.
Unless you have something really, really puzzling, it's not worth the drive to London. Keith at London did help with some wierd problems on my '95 900 that even Saab did not have bulletins for (at the time).
Always be precise as possible with used cars. The London dealer has always saved us money with reconditioned radiators etc. They took a cracked manifold off my wife's '88 900 and had it rewelded rather than replacing with a new one. So they understand the difference between used cars and warranty work.
We are lucky in SW Ontario. There is a dealer every 100 km, they all seem reasonable even if they don't have master techs like Keith (K-W does have one). Of course Toronto and the Golden horsehoe has at least 15 dealers, more than many US states !
