I love a good performance car as much as anyone, but the McClaren to me eyes looks as if the Mercedes has been assimilated by Chrysler's "Heylookatme!" design team. (oh waitaminute... never mind...)
As for me, if budget permitted I'd seriously look into the Volvo S60R. I dunno... something about the Swedish makes, I guess I'm just not a mainstream guy. A coworker became so upset when our local Saab dealership was blended with a local Chev/Caddy dealership that after many yrs of Saabs he bought an S60R & loves the thing.
I'm also somewhat drawn toward VW's, though never owned one.
Or a MazdaSpeed 6 ???...
