http://www.goapr.com is APRs site. GIAC also makes a nice chip. Many tuners for audi. AWE Tuning is a great source of goodies.

A chip is the biggest bang for the bug. airbox mods give very slight to no performance enhancements with an audi as stock filter is pretty good. Exhuast would be next place to work for some more HP.

I have an APR chip in my allroad. Huge difference. A ton you can do with the audi. Audiworld is a great site to search and do research.
