Still looking into replacing the Viggen with a 9-5, but two other finalists and the prices are attractive for what I will use the car for...
In the $22K range I have two options - Passat 1.8T with leatherette and a few options or a Honda Accord EX 4cyl w/leather. Both 5spds. The Honda has more options like 6 CD, power seats, little things like that over the Passat. I test drove both -- Passat obviously more fun to drive, but bang for the buck and cheaper cost to own the Honda is a fantastic car and value and pretty peppy.. I feel like neither have character since so many people drive them in NJ I am leaning to the Honda Accord. Any thoughts? Which would you choose?
9-2X is out -- too much money for that car - drove the Subie version and it was OK. I would get a 9-5 Arc for the Saab of choice, but I can't see piling 30K miles plus a year on the 9-5 -- its an expensive option...
