but they handle the same as the previous and first generation(like a Buick). My biggest gripe with these cars, beyond their Buickesque handling, is that many plastic interior trim pieces are painted rather than dyed. After a while the paint wears off to reveal the black plastic that they really are. Earlier this week I posted about modern cars on the general bb and this is one of the issues that I was commenting about, but didn't directly allude to. Never the less the still have the unbeatable Toyota reliability. My neighbors up north have a first generation Avalon with 250k miles and the looks and rides like new inside and out(aside from the worn off paint on the interior trim).
